How we develop new applications
Every industrial environment is different. We work with our partners to develop and validate the right solution for each application. Our approach is systematic and science-based. Our partners can be involved at every stage.

Application selection
Together with our partner, we identify the application and define the challenge. We evaluate whether AerOff technology is suitable based on the emission type, operating conditions and technical requirements.

Literature understanding
We review scientific literature and existing research data to assess feasibility. Does it work on paper? What is the best estimate for the optimal system design?

System design and prototyping
Based on the literature review, we design and build a prototype or test system for the application and the conditions at the partner’s facility.

Laboratory and bench testing
We test the prototype under controlled conditions to validate performance.

Field validation
The system is installed and tested under real conditions at the partner’s facility to verify its functionality.
6
Productisation
Once the solution has been validated, we finalise the design for production use.
